Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the property analysis platforms, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Linked Data LLC, a California limited liability company (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at (424) 442-9628 or support@linkeddata.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, disassemble or reverse engineer any part of the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or transmit harmful code. You remain solely responsible for content you upload, including compliance with privacy laws when handling third-party data.

4. Data Handling

Linked Data LLC does not sell or rent user data. We may share limited personal information with trusted third-party analytics and infrastructure providers solely to operate, secure, and enhance the Services. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to safeguard your data and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.

5. Subscription & Payment

Paid tiers automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the billing terms shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may modify pricing with reasonable advance notice, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related software, documentation, and content are owned by Linked Data LLC or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The Services provide modeling tools and estimates for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or investment performance. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Linked Data LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of amounts paid by you in the preceding twelve months or one hundred dollars (US $100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Linked Data LLC harmless from losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Upon termination, rights granted to you end immediately, and you must cease using the Services.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates take effect upon posting, and your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
